Heavyweight Dry coated snare drumheads provide maximum durability and a compressed attack, like original Heavyweights, but add UV-coating and precision-drilled dry vents to increase durability, further reduce overtones, and dampen sustain. Two plies of 10mil film make Heavyweight Dry snare heads exceptionally durable, with a 3mil reverse dot providing additional durability, focus, and attack in the center of the head. Heavyweight Dry coated drumheads offer a moderate attack, short sustain, and medium tonal character, while eliminating almost all overtones, making them great for the heaviest hitters in the rock and metal genres. This coated drumhead features Level 360 Technology and is available in 12”, 13”, and 14”.
