Jasminum sambac is one of the most popular fragrant Jasmines. There are several different varieties. It is easy to grow and bloom. It can be grown as a potted plant and kept relatively small. Trimming after flowering will encourage branching and more flowers. Maid of Orleans blooms longer than ‘Grand Duke of Tuscany’. Flowers are seen nearly year round for us here in south Florida where it is grown outdoors.
- FLOWER: fragrant; heaviest in spring and summer, but flowers are seen year-round in tropical climates. Mature around 4 ft to 5 ft.
