The mechanism provides a self-centering 0 degree return using a reversible 5 degree pin and closes from 25 degree. Overall height is 4", while faceplate and backplate width of each side is 2-1/4". Total width end to end is 4-11/16". Plate gap is 3/16". Backplate thickness is 1/4" and faceplate thickness is 3/16". Precision machined stainless steel components and dual precision wound stainless steel return springs support reliable movement at the corner junction. Designed for 3/8" and 1/2" glass, the hinge is rated 55 lbs per hinge, two hinges support up to 110 lbs with a maximum door width of 36", three hinges support up to 165 lbs with the same maximum door width. The body is solid forged brass with polished brass finish. Matching finish stainless steel hex clamping screws are installed; crosshead screws and a hex wrench are included. Glass fabrication is required before fitting.
