- COMMERCIAL KITCHEN HOOD SYSTEM INCLUDES – 4’ x 30” concession hood (4” front, 18” back), direct drive exhaust fan (single phase, 115V), mounting curb (2” high concession style), variable speed control, hood lights, baffle style grease filters, stainless grease cups, hanging brackets, and side curtains (12” x 9”).
- HEAVY DUTY STEEL CONSTRUCTION – Industrial quality food truck equipment is built from 18-gauge steel. All joints are welded liquid tight without seams by an automatic wire fed MIG welder. Each grease trough is equipped with a stainless steel cup.
- EASY TO CLEAN WITH QUALITY FEATURES – Comes with install bolt kit for simple assembly. Stainless grease cup attaches to the tray that runs beneath the entire length of the hood. Complete with pre-wired lights, variable speed control, and stainless steel UL listed easy-to-clean grease baffle filters.
